In a still preserved part of Tulum, LA MAISON MANATI is a south-facing beachfront villa ideally located between the sea and the jungle. This 650 m2 construction, commissioned by a Frenchman and completed in October 2017 by a talented European architect, is unique for its spectacular organic forms, inspired by both Zaha Hadid and Luis Barragán.

LA MAISON MANATI offers an exceptional 360° panoramic view from its rooftop terrace. The villa has its own private sandy beach, where you will meet turtles, pelicans, iguanas and other extraordinary animals. The access to the turquoise sea is protected by the coral reef, which will allow you to swim and snorkel safely inside the lagoon.
